This is my last Noldor’s deck, with Council of the Wise and I love it ! It’s not nobrain, all round you must to think for optimise , it s really cool ! :D

Elena ability : search Silver Harp

Steward of Gondor and Elessar on Arwen Undómiel

Lot of cards to find To the Sea, to the Sea! : Rivendell Minstrel, An Unexpected Party, Master of the Forge, Drinking Song

Will of the West is essential, so, to save it : Silver Harp, The White Council and Frodo Baggins ! For this last, not estimate to use his ability for other card like A Very Good Tale, Legacy of Númenor ,…

Quest is not a problem, fight a little more, so I add Quickbeam and Bree-land Protector !

Little word on Harbor Master : with contract and Arwen Undómiel he have 3 , 4 with Steward of Gondor, 5 with Elessar ! It s not broken, but I never played him, so It s cool :D

This is a really cool idea with a ton of synergy. Personally, I would prefer a pure Noldor version, but I love the Erestor, Silver Harp, Council of the Wise idea. I would consider Legacy of Númenor, Deep Knowledge, Box of Earth, and Cloak of Lórien. Finally, Heed the Dream would be great here.

If you need more attack in solo for a Noldor version, Mithlond Sea-watcher could be good. Worst case scenario, you discard him. Eventually, A Good Harvest, Stand and Fight, or Wandering Spirit will get him into play. Fair and Perilous would also be great with the event synergies.
