I wanted a deck that can handle combat well across the table and didn't want to use Grimbeorn the Old.
So I came up with this, using his son? With this deck you can pretty much defend everything on the board and kill most of it too.
Mulligan for a Citadel Plate that is what you want more than anything. Once you have that on (MotK) Dori you can defend big attacks with Beorn, dish off the damage to (MotK) Dori and then heal it.
The other thing you want to get going is Bard the Bowman to kill things on the table. He could easily be swapped for Brand son of Bain depending on what deck you are pairing this with. And you will want to pair it with a high deck as this one does almost no questing. Just killing.

Sep 17, 2021without readying, you can only use dori once a round. would include the Magic Ring and some Erebor Record Keeper. then, consider The One Ring + Well Preserved for save healing (and hitpoint) from the start. Well-Equipped could fasten your build. |

I will definitely work in Magic Ring and Erebor Record Keepers. I will put The One Ring and Well Preserved in my sideboard. I don't know what decks I will be playing with at Con of the Rings, but that will make the deck run super smooth if I am not messing with anyone else. |
It's vice-versa, Grimbeorn is Beorns Son (and therefore alive during the War of the Ring/time ofthe LCG). But Middle-Earth family trees can get confusing ;) Anyway, really cool deck idea and a nice Rhovanion/Dale/Erebor theme.
