This deck uses the newly spoiled contract "A Perilous Voyage". My first thought was to try and play ALL the unique allies but some just don't make any sense to include (some that I did include may still not make sense). But if you want to play a deck where you could possibly get a huge number of unique allies in play (and don't want to play with anyone else), then this could work for you.
You will most likely pull Gather Information with Thurindir and then fetch Vilya (or Steward of Gondor if you already have Vilya). Then just use Vilya every round to most likely get a new ally. Half the fun is finding out what you'll get. Eventually, Stewart goes on Elrond to pay for the allies in your hand.
This deck is not necessarily meant to be a powerful one. Think of it as more of a challenge to find how best to play the cards you get and find possible combos. You'll probably not want to play with real cards, since a 100 card deck is a lot to build and shuffle (even playing it online makes the program chug along slowly as you load your deck or search for a card).
If you're looking for a quest to play with this deck, I enjoyed Intruders in Chetwood. Raising your threat from enemies in staging is not that big a deal since you want to hit that 50 mark to flip the contract.
With that many unique allies, why not include The Arkenstone for fun? Could snag it with the contract, too.
